Radicular cyst associated with a primary molar: a rare case report and follow-up

Introduction: The development of radicular cysts in primary dentition is an unusual occurrence. A relation with pulp treatments has been reported and represent issue to be considered on follow up. Case description: seven-year-old female child had a necrosed mandibular right second molar pulpectomized zinc oxide eugenol paste. At the nine-month radiographic evaluation, there was image compatible cyst. Dental extraction enucleation cyst made. Histopathological evaluation confirmed diagnosis 18-month, after surgical procedure, premolar showed crown eruption normality. Conclusion: Follow up schedule important interfere soonely case pathological infectious reaction teeth.
